• • Membership pricing is property-specific and confirmed before enrolment.
• • Payment is collected after each completed visit unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
• • A valid card may be kept securely on file for scheduled membership services.
• • Customers receive reminders approximately two weeks and two days before each scheduled visit.
• • Customers may request a different appointment date by phone, text or email.
• • At least 24 hours' notice is requested for rescheduling.
• • Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled because of unsafe weather, extreme temperatures or conditions that could affect service quality.
• • Membership discounts apply only while the plan remains active.
• • Add-on services are quoted separately unless expressly included.
• • Customers may cancel future membership visits by providing at least 30 days' notice.
• • Services already completed or scheduled within the cancellation notice period remain payable.
• • Imperial Cleaning may update membership terms or pricing with advance notice.
• • The 7-Day Rain Guarantee applies only to eligible window-cleaning membership services.
• • The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee requires the customer to report concerns within a reasonable period so Imperial Cleaning has an opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.

Final membership terms will be confirmed in the customer's service agreement.
